Rebecca’s third album, Cusp, was recorded in East Nashville and West Cornwall UK. It was produced by artist & producer Alex Wong.
The songs explore the heightened, liminal spaces of loss, longing and grief – and the promise of surrender, transformation, strength and hope.
Written at a time of personal loss (the death of friends, a beloved dog and the unfulfilled desire to become a mother), these songs are threshold stories – of existing in the in-between; with the bones of what once was and uncertainty of what will come.
Across cinematic folk textures, jazz-inflected arrangements, and intimate storytelling, the 1970’s inspired album moves through memory, love, absence, resurrection, and the fragile beauty of emergence.
Cusp will be released on October 21st on all streaming platforms, and on Vinyl and CD via this website, Bandcamp and Farland Records in Penzance UK.
